So many people shun working out because they find it boring.
For me, it’s never boring because over the years my work-outs are always a variety: yoga, Pilates, light weights, bike riding, swimming, kick boxing, low impact aerobics, power walking, etc.
Last night I discovered the Bollywood Dance workout — a workout that even a klutz (with minimal rhythm) like myself can do! Simple, fun movements that really make you work up a sweat — and feel sexy while doing so!
These dance movements combine techniques of yoga and Pilates. After the workout I felt so energized! And definitely a work out that doesn’t seem like work!
