A great big thank you to Heroes Journey CrossFit Lake Parsippany (http://www.heroesjourney.com/) for hosting a fabulous “Day of Gratitude” at their center on Sunday. It was so well organized and the energy was amazing. I can’t stop raving about what a great time it was!

While they had keynote speakers New York Times best selling author and retired surgeon Dr. Bernie Siegel and NBC’s “Biggest Loser” finalist Jay Jacob, I was totally wrapped up enjoying the mini sessions and vendor services. Below are the ones that resonated most with me.

PRACTITIONERS

Barb Minemier, Health Coach (http://nourishingourspirit.com/) Barb was awesome! We hit it off right away as we talked about nutritional drinks and shared smoothie recipes. Today I enjoyed her kale/blueberry — twice!

Sandy Townsend, Transference Healing (http://www.diamondascension.net) Sandy is a beautiful soul inside and out and was completely helpful in helping me overcome a spiritual issue from a past life. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Robert Kandarjian, Energy Healing (http://www.drrobertheals.com/) Dr. Kandarjian is a very intense and caring energy healer. He’s extremely positive and picks up on your energies immediately, then shares his reflective insights. I look forward to reading his books! Come back in the near future and you’ll see some book reviews!

Susan Richter, Next Level Healing (http://www.nextlevelhealing.com/) If I ever go to a nutritionist again, it will definitely be Susan. She is very down to earth, honest and takes a lot of time with you. She went in depth speaking to me about how enzymes are great for your health.

Jeanie Pasquale, Energy Clearing (http://househarmony.wix.com/dowsing) Jeanie was adorable and we had a great conversation about how energy clearing can affect the home for the positive!

Dr. Jersey Wulster, Life Coach (http://www.drjersey.com/) Oh my goodness!! Dr. Jerzey is the goddess of the day! I already made an appointment to see her in a few weeks. Her 15 minutes of coaching was a godsend to me. I look forward to meeting with her and getting to the next step in my career as author and public speaker. She’s insightful, perceptive, and warm. ❤

Thanks to Denville Medical Sports Rehab Center (http://www.denvillemedical.com/), their massage therapist Carolina gave me the best massage! Her fingers are pure magic!

And special thanks to Sara at Heroes Journey for her killer reiki session that was pure euphoria!

VENDORS

Mo Green Juice (http://www.mogreenjuice.com/) WOW! This juice spoke to me! Raw (cold-pressed), it tasted like it came right out of the juicer! Their website shares where to get it.

Harvest Home Meats (http://harvesthomemeats.com/) No samples at their table, but you can’t go wrong with grass fed beef.

Smart Snack Bites (https://www.smartsnackbites.com/) They had a very tasty chocolate paleo cookie!

DoTerra (http://www.mydoterra.com/deniseschwendeman) Even though I’m a Young Living girl, I ain’t too proud to give a shout out to our competitor! There is enough love and abundance in the world for everyone, so never fear competition! Plus, Denise was super cool and cute, so paying it forward! ❤

Liana Delaurent (http://www.lianadelaurent.com/) Energy art!

Cupa Cabana (http://cupacabana.com/) Lovely espresso!
