Lose Weight with Lipozene

Published November 28, 2019 by Maryanne

It’s now the holiday season and you know what that means—parties, parties, and more parties! Even those of us, like myself, who are conscious of what we eat and work out regularly, can pack on a few pounds at this time of year. (And it could be hard to lose if you live in an area where winters are long). It’s frustrating when you’re doing everything right yet your clothes are getting snug. You’ve been eating later than usual and skipping workouts because this season is just so damn busy!

Being of a healthy mindset, diet pills are out of the question. And excessive work-outs are just crazy. But, perhaps there’s an easy solution? Something more natural than a regular diet pill.

If you haven’t heard of Lipozene by now, perhaps it’s a supplement you may want to consider. It’s made with glucomannan; a dietary fiber extracted from the roots of elephant yam—also known as konjac root or devil’s tongue. You may have used konjac root without realizing, if you’re a fan of Miracle Noodles like I am! Glucomannan is also known to help alleviate constipation, maintain healthy cholesterol, and support healthy blood sugar levels. Other ingredients in Lipozene (gelatin, stearic acid, and magnesium) are fillers and stabilizers, which do not help you lose weight.

Since Lipozene is a water-soluble fiber, it expands, so you have the feeling of satisfaction in your tummy and obviously you’ll eat less. It also works like a probiotic, promoting good gut bacteria. That, in itself, is a plus to assisting in not gaining weight.

Lipozene  is a non-GMO product, caffeine free, and gluten-free ingredient.

Lipozene Side Effects

According to researchers, it’s a safe product if used as directed. Though Lipozene side effects  reported include stomach-aches, nausea, and diarrhea. Some claimed constipation even though it’s a product that should alleviate it! So, as a health advocate, I say to everyone, be your own judge. You can always take a low dose to start to see how your body reacts to it. The recommended dosage is two capsules, a half hour prior to meals, up to three times per day with an eight-ounce glass of water. NOTE: Do not take more than six capsules per day. And if you’re taking medications, consult your doctor before using.

Does Lipozene really work?

According to the Lipozene Reviews, there are mostly high ratings. On Amazon, ratings are lower.

Again, we’re all different, so if you think it’s worth a try, give it a shot. Their website offers a 30-day money back guarantee, excluding the $1.35 processing fee, if you are not satisfied with the product.

Lipozene is not dangerous, but personally, I wouldn’t use it indefinitely. Of course, weight loss would vary for each person, depending on your eating habits and lifestyle. If you’re already eating healthy and exercising regularly, you will most likely get the results you are seeking.

Or, if you’re like me, just keep eating those Miracle Noodles!
