Today I received an email from Young Living Essential Oils, “Congratulations to our newest STAR.”

I’ve been a Young Living “Distributor” since November and absolutely love the oils. I’ve been sharing them with family and friends and a few hopped on board. Not only do I love their oils, but I love their lotions, hand soaps, toothpaste, soaps, etc. Now instead of getting all this stuff at Whole Foods each month, I buy directly from Young Living and get commission checks. How great is that? As an author I know what it’s like to make money while you sleep (people buy your books and then you get royalty checks), and Young Living is another business to add to my mix of “I love my life! I’m making a living doing things I believe in!”

I was thrilled to receive an email that my status went from “Distributor” to “Star” — pretty fast and effortlessly! The cool thing is, the oils just sell themselves because they are an amazing product.

Young Living Essential Oils are all natural, with no synthetics. So even with my allergy situation, I can use the oils without worry! They are not only healthy, but magical!

Some of the oils I use on a regular basis include:

Abundance  (self explanatory — and yes, it magically works!)

Thieves (for immune system)

Peace & Calming (to relax)

Believe (to sleep)

Valor (for circulation)

Wintergreen (for pain)

Peppermint (for headaches – I never get migraines anymore, thank you Young Living!)

Joy (self explanatory)

Frankincense (for spiritual experiences)

Lavender (for the occasional dry eye — just put a little above your brow and your eye feels better)

Citrus (it’s fabulous on sweet potatoes!)

And this is just a TIP of the iceberg … as there are hundreds of oils, and they are doing wonders on larger scales, helping children with autism, vets who suffer from trauma, and even our little pets (we just swipe Derick the Pussycat on his back with some Peace & Calming oil at night and he sleeps soundly!)

My husband loves the oils too and he’s always putting them in the diffuser. Our home always seems lovely — and exciting! He loves the Patchouli.
